RN Fellowship - Medical Surgical PCU Rotating

This role is for a Registered Nurse in a Progressive Care Unit, providing direct patient care in a technically complex environment. Responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process, prioritizing patient safety, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, modeling proficiency through precepting, and contributing to evidence-based practice and quality care. Qualifications: graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years experience), RN licensure, at least 6 months of nursing experience, and BLS certification.
