Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / PCU - Rotating

About the Role

This position involves providing direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), utilizing advanced nursing skills within a technically complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice
• Support a multidisciplinary team
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based care
• Precept new healthcare staff
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure
• At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in clinical skills

Schedule

Full-time hours, day and night shifts.
