About the role
Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Providing direct patient care through treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
- Evaluating and adjusting nursing interventions based on patient responses.
- Collaborating with physicians, ancillary staff, and team members to address patient needs and resolve issues.
- Participating in evidence-based practice decisions, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
- Engaging in patient and family education, discharge planning, and promoting safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in inpatient nursing preferred.
