Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, assessments, and care planning in a clinical setting. The role involves working in a clinical environment with an emphasis on compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Formulate and coordinate care plans
• Administer treatments and medications
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot equipment
• Participate in evidence-based practice
• Engage in quality and safety initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (Bachelor's preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

Schedule

Shift hours include 7p-7:30a, with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
