Provide direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize patient wellness.
• Model proficiency through precepting and mentoring.
• Contribute to safety and evidence-based practices.
• Provide comprehensive care in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship.
• BLS and ACLS certification through recognized organizations (e.g., AHA).
