Registered Nurse - PCU (Rotating)

Role Overview This is an onsite Registered Nurse position in the Progressive Care Unit, responsible for delivering direct patient care in a complex, technologically advanced environment. The role emphasizes a multidisciplinary team approach, evidence-based practice, and modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. The nurse will prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality outcomes, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of AACN’s Synergy Model and specialty standards. Clinical educators support ongoing education and competency validation. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure.Minimum of 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship program.Valid BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
