Join the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team as a registered nurse, providing specialized care in a 12-bed unit for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs. The role involves leading staffing coordination, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, and evaluating care effectiveness in a dynamic environment focused on clinical growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise nursing staff
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Address patient care issues and evaluate care effectiveness
• Contribute to staff performance evaluations

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• At least one year of relevant experience
• ACLS and PALS certifications may be required within six months, depending on the unit
