About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Record and communicate patient conditions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Execute physician and nursing orders
- Assess and plan for patient discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma from an accredited institution
- Licensure as an Associate Professional Registered Nurse from the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Certifications in BLS and Advanced Life Support
