Responsibilities
- Supervise unlicensed staff
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Promote safety and high-quality patient experiences
Requirements
- Current Illinois nursing license
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BLS certification
- At least two years of recent acute care med/surg experience with telemetry competence
Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to demonstrate telemetry skills within 14 days
Schedule
- Night shift with weekend and holiday duties
- Flexible per diem hours
- Travel between primary and secondary sites
