Role Overview: Provide direct nursing care in an Intensive Care setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team. Responsibilities Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Ensure effective communication of patient status and progress.Assess and address patient discharge needs. Qualifications & Skills Valid Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.BLS certification within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted).Advanced Life Support certification preferred.Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate with healthcare team members, adhere to policies, and support discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
