Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical teams, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate treatment aligned with practice standards and department needs. Key Responsibilities Perform procedures, monitor patient status, and document care accurately and promptly.Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications to promote understanding and self-management.Implement evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans supporting recovery and holistic well-being. Qualifications & Skills RN license with an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 30 days.No prior experience required; open to new graduates.Strong communication skills, compassion, and teamwork orientation.
