Registered Nurse ICU

About the role

Provides direct nursing care in an ICU setting, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating interdisciplinary care to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines
• Documenting and communicating patient status effectively
• Carrying out physician and nursing orders accurately
• Assessing discharge planning needs and collaborating with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi-state license
• Recent Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within six months of hire
• Current BLS Provider certification within one month of hire
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure
