About the role
Provides compassionate, high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, ensuring adherence to organizational protocols and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire patient care process, accurately documenting progress, executing orders promptly, and communicating critical updates to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate care across clinical disciplines to deliver seamless, integrated services and optimize patient outcomes.
- Facilitate discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the team for a safe transition home.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current multi-state license.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- BLS provider certification within 1 month of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
