Role Overview: This position involves managing critical care for ICU patients, implementing complex care plans, and monitoring physiological changes to ensure immediate interventions. Key Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate treatment responses, execute physician orders and advanced nursing protocols accurately, and support families emotionally and informationally during critical moments. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license from the Indiana Board of Nursing, BLS certification within one month of hire, and preferred Advanced Life Support certification.
