Registered Nurse, Float Pool

Role: Provides direct patient care using the nursing process, including medication administration, clinical treatments, and patient monitoring. Assists with activities of daily living and collaborates across disciplines for comprehensive care. Responsibilities: Performs House Supervisor duties as needed, delegates nursing care, and ensures quality service delivery. Documents patient information, assesses learning needs, and advocates for patient well-being. Coordinates staffing, provides staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Leads problem resolution and maintains compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license, and certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS. Must have critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in stressful environments. Key Duties: Ensures safe and effective patient care, manages staff assignments, evaluates service quality, and supports staff development. Handles complex issues, maintains confidentiality, and adheres to healthcare regulations.
