Registered Nurse - Days - Flex Unit

Position: Registered Nurse Location: LOH Main - Naperville Hours: Part-time, 24 hrs/week, Days Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.Welcome patients, promote a safe environment, and supervise direct care staff.Coordinate with departments for admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring thorough communication.Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and participate in interdisciplinary planning.Contribute to department goals, participate in quality improvement, and assist in staff training and orientation.Attend training, serve as a resource for staff and students, and explain policies and procedures.Supervise patient care activities, manage staffing within budget, and utilize supplies efficiently. Qualifications Current Illinois RN license and CPR certification.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.Certification in CPI within 90 days of hire.
