Registered Nurse - Days - Flex Unit

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, document care, evaluate outcomes, and promote a safe environment
• Collaborate with departments for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
• Assist in achieving department goals, participate in staff training, and supervise direct patient care as needed
• Ensure effective communication and compliance with policies while managing resources within budget constraints

Qualifications

• Nursing degree
• Current Illinois RN license
• CPR certification
• CPI certification within 90 days

Preferred experience includes psychiatric background and knowledge of abnormal psychology. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
