Key Duties

• Ensure perioperative workflows and activities are effectively managed and communicated.

Qualifications

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program (degree within 24 months of hire).
• IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in an OR setting, with strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Competency in caring for patients of all ages within the specialty.
