Responsibilities
- Coordinate department workflows, staffing, and resources.
- Efficiently manage supplies, equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal surgical care.
- Communicate effectively with all perioperative stakeholders.
- Oversee throughput and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- BSN or current enrollment with degree completion within 24 months from an accredited program.
- Valid IL RN License and CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in OR settings.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Competency in caring for all patient ages specific to the specialty.
