About the role

Oversee perioperative care within designated surgical specialties, coordinate department workflows, manage staffing, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment to deliver optimal surgical care. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and optimize department efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSN or current enrollment with degree completion within 24 months
• Illinois RN License
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in an OR setting with leadership skills, critical thinking, and effective communication
• Competency in caring for patients of all ages within the specialty is required
