About the role
The Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is seeking a non-exempt, Reduced Time (RT) Staffing Administrator to support the High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and staffing efforts for a defined geography (node). This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of staffing activities and enhancing the candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Sets up, executes, and breaks down Pre-Hire Appointments (PHA) based on labor projections to meet labor order demands and fill on-time
- Supports candidate activity to ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time
- Provides follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracks recruiting activities and reports candidate status
- Attends events such as community fairs, hiring events, and job fairs
- Addresses basic questions regarding the recruiting process
- Identifies opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Affords assistance in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed
- Affords support in onboarding new hires and managing departures of employees
- Executes PHA activities including Host, Candidate Care Specialist, Candidate Processing, Badge Photo, and/or Drug Test Administrator roles
Requirements
- Must be organized with attention to detail and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, across multiple sites
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed to support business needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data entry and analysis
- Experience working with customers to deliver exceptional service
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in recruiting or HR
- Experience with system administration or technical support
- Knowledge of presentations and whiteboarding skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
