Pay & Time Systems Overview
You will support payroll and time & attendance systems (ADP & UKG), providing hands-on assistance to front-line employees, supervisors, and HR staff. This role involves managing a large, unionized workforce and requires strong system configuration, issue resolution, and understanding of payroll and time processes.

What You’ll Do
- Triage, answer, and solve end-user support inquiries (calls, emails, chat, etc.)
- Create, maintain, and deliver system administrator and employee/manager user training materials (how-to guides) and training sessions
- Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and respond to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests
- Maintain full working knowledge of all HR systems to support organizational needs
- Support additional duties and special projects to ensure efficient business operations and regulatory compliance
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 1+ years of experience supporting payroll and/or time & attendance systems (UKG/Kronos, ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Hands-on experience with system configuration (pay rules, schedules, accruals, etc.)
- Strong understanding of payroll and time processes in hourly, operational environments
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and drive resolution
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language
- Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes
