Must Have Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Recruiting/Administration experience
- Professional and niche Staffing agency experience in healthcare (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of recruiting processes including employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
- Proven record of successful recruiting on a national, multi-location level (preferred)
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, use of sourcing technologies (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders including senior leadership
- Strong ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Demonstrated experience in taking initiative and making sound decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the recruitment process by providing administrative and logistical support to Recruiter
- Sources, reviews resume, interviews, candidate selection, applicant tracking system, extends offers, and passes to onboarding
- Extracts, analyzes, and presents information to support eHS hiring managers in their decision-making
- Post open positions within the ATS and post to external sources
- Enters new hires into system and track for portal activation
- Updates ATS with activation status for new hires
- May require other tasks as assigned
- Possible travel required
