What You'll Do
- Post open job announcements on internal and external job boards as well as social media outlets
- Pre-screen job applicants, perform reference checks, and coordinate interviews
- Assist with interview scheduling, conduct preliminary screens, and arrange travel
- Participate in and plan recruitment and engagement events
- Develop and produce clear, strong, and compelling communications
- Manage and update recruitment databases for accuracy
- Ship and order recruitment swag
- Perform other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of experience coordinating events, travel, and managing a team calendar
- Experience submitting and tracking expenses
- Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office products, ATS, and HR information systems
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation & Benefits
This is a non-exempt role with a minimum starting salary of $63,680.00 annually. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Where & How You'll Work
- Local Remote: Works remotely but attends work-related activities at SPLC offices or in states where SPLC operates
- Telework: Works at an SPLC office at least three days per week and may work two days per week from an alternative work location
- Reports to: Manager, Recruitment
