Overview
Elderwood at Liverpool is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in Liverpool. The position offers a full-time opportunity with benefits including a full suite of health benefits, a PTO & holiday package, and an Employee Referral Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Timely sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Participation in marketing the facility through recruitment events.
- Maintenance of an accurate and timely weekly meeting agenda and associated report for recruitment and retention meetings.
- Ensuring internal posting process is properly managed within the facility and for employees involved in facility-to-facility transfers.
- Promotion of the company's Employee Referral Program.
- Accurate tracking and timely payout of referral bonuses.
- Orients and completes new hire paperwork for all new staff members, ensuring employment regulatory requirements are met.
- Schedule new hires for General Orientation and deliver HR training component.
- Obtaining all required regulatory documentation for all licensed & certified persons hired at the facility.
- Coordinating new hire physicals, maintaining staff member personnel records, and supporting the uniform benefit allowance program.
- Utilizing electronic timekeeping system as directed, arriving to work on time, regularly, and working as scheduled.
- Supporting and abiding by Elderwood’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and adhering to the company’s code of conduct, compliance, and HIPAA policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or related field OR equivalent experience in HR role.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and employee onboarding.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
