Recruitment Coordinator - Early Talent

About the role

Join our dynamic recruiting team and help shape RBC's future by building relationships with top university talent. As an Early Talent Recruitment Coordinator, you will support our early talent recruiting initiatives by managing logistics, coordinating events, and facilitating candidate engagement across multiple campuses and programs.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the recruitment team in the maintenance of all candidate files and records.
• Providing support for the recruitment team.
• Scheduling conference rooms and completing department copying, filing, and supply ordering; answering telephones.
• Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including applications, forms, and orientation materials; initiating background investigations.
• Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of the recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
• A passion for cultivating an effective, engaged, and diverse workforce

Pay

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $45,000 - $70,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works 40 hours per week.
