About the role

ARDEX Americas is expanding our Corporate Human Resources team with the addition of a RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING COORDINATOR. You will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding hourly and salaried positions across our multi-state and international Americas workforce. Recruiting and interviewing experience is essential. Located at our woodland campus complete with walking trails and free parking at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salaried positions across ARDEX Americas, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
• Proactively represent ARDEX at career fairs, technical schools, colleges, and community recruiting events, building talent pipelines and promoting ARDEX as an employer of choice.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage social media and professional networks, and support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview processes, and provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and interview feedback.
• Prepare employment offers and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Coordinate and administer all pre-employment activities including background checks, reference checks, employment verifications, and onboarding activities (via Paylocity system), I-9 verifications etc., with a high level of
