Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, onboard, and train caregivers.
- Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
- Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
- Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
Requirements
- Wants to join a growing office and company.
- Enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
- Has at least one year of experience working in home care/healthcare.
- Has at least one year of managerial experience.
