Recruiter – Aerospace, Defense & Space Exploration

What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and engage top talent across engineering, technical, and professional roles
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Conduct high-volume outreach (50–80+ calls per day)
• Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools to manage pipelines
• Collaborate with a team-driven, high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Account Management, or Staffing
• Comfortable working in-office daily
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Outgoing, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
• Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry experience is a major plus
