Recruiter

Supports recruiting and placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.

Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.

Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.

This role will work on-site at a growing location to staff for both non-exempt and exempt roles, mainly within the manufacturing and operations organizations.

Due to the work site this person will need to have a Secret clearance to start.
