What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and engage top talent across engineering, technical, and professional roles
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct high-volume outreach (50–80+ calls per day)
- Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and recruiting tools to manage pipelines
- Collaborate with a team-driven, high-performance culture
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Account Management, or Staffing
- Comfortable working in-office daily
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Outgoing, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
- Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential
- Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry experience is a major plus
