Recruiter at CARACOL RADIO GIRARDOT Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year About The Role The Recruiter will support recruiting workflows through candidate communication, application tracking, interview scheduling, documentation, and coordination with hiring stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate candidate records and status information in the applicant-tracking workflow.Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, changes, and follow-up communication.Review applications for required information using established criteria and routing rules.Keep hiring stakeholders informed about scheduling, pending actions, and candidate status.Prepare routine recruiting documentation and maintain organized interview records.Protect applicant information and follow confidentiality requirements throughout the process. Qualifications Working knowledge of Recruiting, Candidate Screening, and Interview Scheduling.Ability to apply ATS and Communication accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
