Description The Talent Recruiter of Field Sales is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring high-quality Retail Sales Associates for a nationwide wireless sales program operating inside Walmart Supercenter locations across the United States. This role partners closely with field leadership and hiring managers to ensure staffing goals are met while delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate is a results-driven recruiter with experience in high-volume recruiting, retail call center hiring, and 3PL relations management. Success in this role requires strong organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings across various markets simultaneously. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the front-end recruitment process for Retail Sales Associate positions across Walmart locations nationwide, including building pipelines, developing job ad campaigns, managing applicant platform spend, and processing click analytics.Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Present qualified candidates to field leadership and provide hiring recommendations.Extend employment offers and facilitate pre-employment requirements. Talent Pipeline Development Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill geographic markets.Develop recruitment strategies to support new store openings, expansion markets, and staffing initiatives.Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.Track candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with Regional Managers, District Managers, and Executive Field Leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.Provide regular updates regarding candidate flow, hiring progress, market challenges, and staffing forecasts.Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and labor market trends. Candidate Experience Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company culture, career opportunities, and employee value propositions. Compliance & Reporting Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in recruiting systems.Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-hire ratios, and hiring goal attainment.Support hiring audits and compliance requirements as needed. Qualifications Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related communications field.2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail, sales, wireless, or high-volume recruiting environments.Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously; 80+ at a time.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms; Avature + ORC usage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience recruiting retail sales associates, wireless sales representatives, or customer-facing sales professionals.Experience supporting nationwide hiring initiatives.Familiarity with Walmart retail environments or big-box retail staffing.Knowledge of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook social recruiting, and referral programs.
