Job Summary

We’re hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a Fortune 500 company to hire a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to start immediately. Join a dynamic talent acquisition team and play a key role in helping a leading organization attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and operational positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and position requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.
  • Sources qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.
  • Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.
  • Manage offer preparation, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and hiring goals.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, candidate flow, and market trends.
  • Support high-volume recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience recruiting within a large corporate environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
  • Experience recruiting across various functions and levels preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
