About the role

Compensation: $19–22 an hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met
• Create, post, and manage job listings across platforms
• Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, Facebook, and others
• Assess resumes based on relevant experience
• Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet
• Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication
• Build and maintain recruiting processes
• Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Monday–Friday, 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule
• Organized, professional, task-oriented, and confident in decision making
• Reliable and self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
