About the role
We are seeking compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants up to 3 months old. In this role, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment to help residents build healthy, sober lives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor resident well-being and document observations
- Administer or monitor medications
- Assist with meal prep, housekeeping, and daily tasks
- Respond to emergencies and support treatment goals
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests
- Facilitate educational and life skills activities
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred skills
- Experience in human services or behavioral health
- Coursework in related fields
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license
DHS 83 training is advantageous but can be completed after hire. Local community travel may be required.
