Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional (2nd Shift) in a trauma-informed residential treatment program for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery through daily encouragement and monitoring well-being
• Administer medications and assist with daily tasks
• Maintain documentation and respond to emergencies
• Facilitate activities and transport residents
• Collect specimens
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in social work or related fields is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)
