Responsibilities
- Support residents in recovery by providing daily encouragement and monitoring well-being
- Document observations and administer medications
- Assist residents with daily tasks and respond to emergencies
- Support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Transport residents as needed
- Collect specimens and facilitate activities
- Attend trainings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
- Coursework in social work or related fields a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire
