Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Provide compassionate Adult Residential Support in a trauma-informed treatment program for women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ recovery and monitor their well-being
• Document observations and assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies
• Facilitate activities and ensure confidentiality

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services or behavioral health
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license and DHS 83 training (preferred but can be completed after hire)

Schedule

• Local travel required
• Second shift, including every other weekend

Pay

$17.75/hour
