Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Seeking compassionate professionals to support adult women recovering from substance use disorders in a trauma-informed residential treatment program. This role involves providing daily encouragement, monitoring resident well-being, assisting with medication administration, and supporting treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and perform housekeeping tasks
• Document observations and respond to emergencies
• Facilitate educational or life skills activities
• Transport residents and collect urine specimens
• Attend staff trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hire

Schedule

Work on the 2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) with every other weekend shift.

Pay

$17.75/hour
