Recovery Support Staff - Part Time

About the role

Seeking compassionate professionals to support residents in a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure
• Monitor resident well-being
• Administer medications
• Assist with daily tasks
• Maintain confidentiality
• Respond to emergencies
• Facilitate educational activities
• Transport residents
• Collect urine specimens
• Attend staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care
• Coursework in related fields is advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Must maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed after hire)
• Local travel may be required

Schedule

2nd shift (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.), every other weekend.

Pay

$17.75/hour.
