About the Role

Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly qualified counsel to join its premier Real Estate Investment and Finance group in the New York office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm
• Admitted to the New York State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate debt and equity transactions
• Drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and joint venture agreements
• Experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters
• Ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $450,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, experience/job history and class/graduation year.
