About the Role

Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly qualified counsel to join its premier Real Estate Investment and Finance group in the Charlotte or New York office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm.
• Admitted to the North Carolina or New York State Bar or eligible for admission on waiver.
• Experience with real estate debt and equity transactions.
• Drafting transactional documents, including loan documents.
• Experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters.
• Ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $300,000 - $450,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as experience, job history, and class/graduation year.
