R&D Tax Credits Manager or Senior Manager

About the role

Seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to lead R&D tax credit consulting within a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role involves managing R&D studies, conducting research, developing client relationships, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting IRS interactions. Senior Managers will additionally engage in business development and assist with project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D tax credit research and project management
• Manage studies and client relationships
• Prepare technical memoranda
• Oversee engagement activities such as billing and invoicing
• Senior Managers will help generate new business and support team members

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in R&D tax credit projects
• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional credentials (CPA, JD, MBA, or other approved designations)
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Expertise in tax codes related to R&D credits
• Senior Managers require at least eight years’ experience and mentoring capabilities
