Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have a minimum of five years (Senior Manager: eight years) experience in R&D tax credit consulting, with a strong understanding of relevant tax codes and regulations. A bachelor's degree is required, along with professional credentials such as CPA, JD, LLM, or other approved certifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience managing multiple client engagements are essential. Key Duties: Conduct research, manage tax credit studies, develop client relationships, review engagement quality, draft technical memoranda, and support IRS inquiries. Senior Managers additionally engage in business development and mentorship.
