R&D Tax Credits Manager or Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to lead and manage Research & Development (R&D) tax credit consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting R&D tax credit research
• Managing studies
• Developing client relationships
• Providing quality assurance
• Preparing technical memoranda, opinion letters, and IRS responses
• Senior Managers additionally engage in business development and assist with engagement delivery

Qualifications

Minimum of five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of experience in federal income tax, managing client engagements, and strong communication skills. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and an approved professional credential (e.g., CPA, JD, MBA, PE, etc.). Technical expertise in R&D tax code sections and regulations is essential.
