R&D Tax Credits Manager/Senior Manager

About the role

This position involves managing and providing consulting on research and development (R&D) tax credits, including conducting studies, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct R&D tax credit research
• Manage studies
• Develop client relationships
• Draft technical memoranda
• Review engagements
• Handle billing and invoicing
• Senior Managers additionally participate in new business development and support team members in delivery

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in R&D tax credit projects
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or other approved certifications
• Senior Managers need a minimum of eight years of federal income tax experience and mentoring skills
