About the role
The PRS Intervention Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to refugees and asylum seekers through various intervention programs. This role involves assessing needs, coordinating services, and ensuring that clients receive appropriate care and resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Coordinate service delivery across multiple agencies and organizations
- Provide emotional support and guidance to clients throughout their journey
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all interactions
- Regularly update case management records and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in refugee or social services
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of international migration laws and policies
- Experience working with resettlement agencies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy including email and internet navigation
