About the role
The PRS Intervention Case Manager is responsible for providing support to refugees and asylum seekers through various intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document individual cases
- Develop and implement case management plans
- Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide regular progress reports to supervisors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in refugee services or social work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passionate about helping refugees and asylum seekers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Knowledge of immigration laws and policies
- Experience with case management software
