HS/PRS Case Manager - Global Refuge (Bilingual)

About the role

The HS/PRS Case Manager - Global Refuge is responsible for providing comprehensive support to refugees in need. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing the needs of refugees and developing personalized care plans
• Coordinating services and resources for refugees to ensure their successful integration
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on case progress
• Providing emotional support and counseling to refugees
• Collaborating with other departments to address complex issues

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish)
• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in refugee services or similar field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Cultural competency and sensitivity

• Knowledge of immigration laws and policies
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
